Description

If one has an external program receiving alerts from suricata and the external program is restarted, the unix domain socket is disconnected and does not reconnect. One must restart suricata in order to re-establish the connection. Also, with the current code, the receiver must be started first or the connection is never created. It would be better to remove the ordering dependency.
