closedLicense Confusion about differences in COPYING and LICENSE files
Description
Hi while wondering about the Suricate license I stumbled upon some minor differences between the COPYING and LICENSE files. Aren't those supposed to be the same? Which one applies? What is the difference between them. This is the diff:
