Description

log-pcap creates the pcap files with a snaplen of -1. Newer versions of libpcap do not treat this as valid (https://github.com/the-tcpdump-group/libpcap/commit/f983e075fbef40fe12323c4dd8f85c88eaf0f789). Instead log-pcap should use the maximum allowable value of 262144.
