Bug #324
closedNFQ shutdown segv

Description
Seeing this segv at shutdown every now and then. As you can see in the verdict thread t->qh is NULL, which makes me think it may be a race between the clean up phase for the receive code and the verdict thread/code?
Core was generated by `/home/victor/dev/oisf/src/.libs/lt-suricata -c /etc/suricata/suricata.yaml -q 0'. Program terminated with signal 11, Segmentation fault. #0 0x0026c531 in ??
