closedError names should have uniform starting

Description
Currently in the util-error.h we have some error names as SC_ERR_*, while other such as SC_RADIX_TREE_GENERIC_ERROR. It would be better to have all error to start with SC_ERR_*, same for all LOG level as SC_LOG_* and same for info SC_INFO_*

Renaming errors, so all of them have the prefix SC_ERR_*

Avoid repeating error or invalid if we already know that's an error with SC_ERR_ prefix.
