Description

Same deadlock that was fixed with https://github.com/inliniac/suricata/commit/7f8795c7563827f090d8679cb35847af0085fc56

With --disable-detection PacketPoolPostRunmodes won't adjust max_pending_return_packets as the threads have no detect module.
