Description

Transaction ID handling in HTTP pipelining is broken. In some cases the highest response id is used in request handling.

Files are affected. This means POST files can be tagged with the wrong transaction id and thus logged and inspected in the wrong context.

Events are affected as well. Anomalies in the request can be attributed to older transactions.
