Description

Many package managers (deb, and rpm for instance) like to autoreconf for whatever reason and this will fail with the following:

libtoolize: 'AC_PROG_RANLIB' is rendered obsolete by 'LT_INIT'
configure.ac:225: error: possibly undefined macro: AC_TYPE_UINT
      If this token and others are legitimate, please use m4_pattern_allow.
      See the Autoconf documentation.
configure.ac:226: error: possibly undefined macro: AC_TYPE_USHORT
configure.ac:227: error: possibly undefined macro: AC_TYPE_ULONG
configure.ac:228: error: possibly undefined macro: AC_TYPE_UCHAR
autoreconf: /usr/bin/autoconf failed with exit status: 1

Including acsite.m4 prevents this from happening.
