Description
With the latest release of Suricata V6.0.1 for Windows, the CPU usage was above 50% for a long time during use, and I used the default configuration and a simple rule.

What kind of HW/config you have also what OS type?
Is there a lot of traffic on the sniffing interface?
I have tested this bug on my laptop and desktop PC with i5 CPU, 8G RAM and Win10 OS.
Strangely enough I don't have such a bug using Suricata version 5.0.5.
