Very sorry for not answering this before - this went unseen, as it's assigned to someone from the community, not someone from the dev team. I know you've found faster ways to communicate - which is great! - but leaving this answer for future reference: we have moved to an approach where we create different tickets to track each task, as this adds way more visibility and allows us to track progress better, too. ;)
