Description
It appears that not all memory is properly released after a live ruleswap.
Reported on the oisf-devel list and I've observed it as well.
- Target version changed from 1.3 to 1.4
This has been fixed to the extend that valgrind doesn't report any major leak anymore, which is as far as we'll go for 1.3. Not all memory is released still in all cases. This is possibly due to memory fragmentation. Addressing that is an 1.4 effort.
