opencreatest: identify pcap path from existing SV test
Description
From the suggestion and discussion in #7039, since we have the option to tell SV that the pcap used is from another
test by informing the pcap path, maybe we could have createst automatically add the pcap option in test.yaml if the
pcap passed is from a path to another SV test.
